Research Abstract |
H. pylori除菌前後の胃粘膜のRUNX3発現を免疫染色で検討すると、除菌後短期間の観察では改善しなかったが、除菌後長期間では改善した。Methylation specific PCRでRUNX3の発現を評価すると、除菌後短期間の観察でも回復を示す症例があり、疾患別の差が推察された。疾患別にRUNX3の発現回復の程度を検討すると、胃癌既往群(早期胃癌内視鏡的治療術後)は良性潰瘍群に比べて回復し難く、また潰瘍群の中でも十二指腸潰瘍群で胃潰瘍群に比べ回復しやすかった。これらの結果から、除菌後のRUNX3の回復は胃癌発癌リスクのバイオマーカーになることが予測された。
