| Research Abstract |
1)ラット胃酸分泌抑制モデルにおいて、腸内細菌叢を12種の菌種および菌群について糞便の細菌特異的primerによるPCRを行うことで腸内細菌数の半定量化を行い、胃酸分泌抑制ラットで有意に菌数の増加を認めた。2)インフォームド・コンセントを得た被験者の糞便において、1)と同様の菌種・菌群のPCR解析を行った。胃酸減少を伴った被験者において、有意な菌数増加を認めた。多くの菌種・菌群について、胃酸分泌低下により腸内細菌の増加をもたらすことを証明したと考えられる。
