Research Abstract

バレット上皮発生に関与する因子を検討するために各種食道癌細胞を用いて重層扁平上皮を腺上皮に変換させる因子を検討した。レチノイン酸(RA)がTE-4細胞を腺房様の増殖を引き起こした。またRAとアクチビンA(act)は腺上皮の基本的転写因子であるCdx2発現を増強した。actの作用Smad経路を介していた。更にCD133陽性TE-4細胞にRAとactを添加培養するとMUC2陽性細胞が著増した。RAとactが扁平上皮から腺上皮への変換に関与する可能性が示唆された。
