Research Abstract

消化器内視鏡による治療に「振動」という新たな要素を追加して、治療の効率化・容易化を図ることを目的とした。二つの装置を開発した。第1装置は、内視鏡スコープ先端に偏心振動モーターを植え込み、スコープ自体が振動するように製作した。第2装置は、内視鏡的癌切除用のデバイスに振動モーターを植え込み、これに挿入した処置具に振動が伝達するように製作した。これらを用いて、豚切除胃を用いて仮想胃癌を想定して内視鏡的な切除を実施した。前者の使用では、振動の付加により切除効率が上昇し有意に治療時間を短縮できた。後者の使用では、胃壁の穿孔の防止に寄与した。
