Research Abstract

骨髄幹細胞(HSC)は、傷害臓器に発現する骨髄間質細胞因子SDF-1に誘引され遊走する。近年、セリンプロテアーゼCD26がSDF-1を切断・不活化することが報告された。そこで本研究ではマウス肝障害モデルを用いて、CD26が骨髄幹細胞の傷害肝への遊走に関与する可能性を検討した。マウス肝硬変モデルにG-CSFやCD26阻害剤(diprotin A)を投与して、HSCの肝細胞分化頻度・治療効果を観察した結果、傷害肝はSDF-1を発現する一方でCD26活性も上昇しており、SDF-1活性緩衝機構が存在することが明らかとなった。
