Research Abstract

HBV RNA/DNA量測定系を開発し、その臨床的意義をHBV DNA量、HBcrAgと比較検討した。B型慢性肝炎のラミブジン治療例を対象とし、治療開始6ヶ月目の測定値でその後の耐性株出現を予測した。HBV DNA量は耐性株が出現しやすい症例の予測に、HBcrAgは耐性株が出現しにくい症例の予測に有用であった。HBV RNA/DNA量はHBV DNAに近い性格を示したが、感度に優れ、精度は3者の中で最も高かった。HBV RNA/DNA量測定系は新しいマーカーとしての可能性が示唆された。
