Research Abstract

疎水化poly-γ-PGA ナノ粒子と癌抗原由来ペプチドを結合させ、これを用いたワクチンの有用性を検討した。マウス肝腫瘍系では本ワクチンにより、効率よく癌抗原特異的CTL が誘導され、肝腫瘍に対して抗腫瘍効果を認めた。また本治療法は肝障害・腎障害を認めず安全であった。ヒト樹状細胞もγ-PGA ナノ粒子を使うことで活性化が起こった。以上の結果からγ-PGA ナノ粒子-ペプチドワクチンによる新たな肝癌免疫治療の可能性が示された
