| Research Abstract |
アディポネクチン(APN)欠損マウスの70%部分肝切除(PHx)後の肝再生を検討したところ、APN 欠損マウスではPHx 後の肝細胞増殖の遅延、肝内脂肪蓄積の増加がみられた。また、その原因を明らかにする目的で、肝再生過程における脂肪酸代謝障害について検討をおこなった。肝内中性脂肪含有量は72hr 後にAPN 欠損マウスで有意な高値を示し、肝内CPT-1 の遺伝子発現は24, 72hr 後で、PPAR-αの遺伝子発現は72, 96hr 後で野生型に比しAPN 欠損マウスで有意に低下していた。再生肝内のけるCPT-1, PPAR-αの遺伝子発現の低下から、脂肪酸代謝の障害がこれらに関与している可能性が示唆された
