Research Abstract

C型肝炎ウイルス(HCV)が誘導するミトコンドリアからの酸化ストレスは、ウイルス排除のみならず、ウイルス増殖を抑制するだけで抑えられ肝発癌を抑制する可能性がある。また、HCVが誘導する鉄過剰状態は、ミトコンドリア障害のみならず、小胞体ストレスを誘導し、肝脂肪化を増悪させ発癌を促進すると考えられた。
