| Research Abstract |
免疫調節や炎症に関わるTNF-αを活性化するADAM17は発癌に関与すると考えられている. 肝癌細胞においてADAM17はErk1/2の活性化を増強し, Erk下流に位置してapoptosisを抑制させるBadのSer112を特異的にリン酸化していた. しかし、C型肝炎ウイルスのNS5A蛋白質の存在でADAM17の機能は影響を受けず, ADAM17の機能に対するHCVのNS5A蛋白質の関与は認めなかった.
