Research Abstract

ラット腸管虚血再灌流惹起性肝障害モデルにおいて、低用量の急性エタノール投与は肝微小循環障害、肝障害を抑制することが示唆された。一方、高用量の急性エタノール投与ではそれぞれ増悪することが示唆され、その機序にアデノシンA2受容体を介した経路の関与が示唆され、これらの結果は肝における適正飲酒の効果につき機序解明の一端となると思われた。エタノール35%含有液体飼料(Lieber diet)投与は腸管虚血再灌流惹起性肝障害を増悪し、現在、エタノール濃度を調整し肝における適正飲酒モデル作成につき研究継続中である。
