Research Abstract

1. 成熟樹状細胞と熱処理した癌細胞を細胞融合させた新規癌ワクチンを作成した。2. 融合細胞から癌拒絶抗原を同定する新技術を開発した。3. CD133陽性の膵臓癌細胞は癌幹様細胞の特徴を有していた。4. 癌ワクチンは、免疫抑制状態を改善する治療法と併用することが望ましい。 5. 進行膵臓癌において塩酸ゲムシタビンと癌ワクチン療法の併用療法により、相乗的治療効果が得られた。
