Research Abstract

CF6-TGマウスで軽度血圧の上昇が認められ、高食塩食負荷により早期に死亡した。蔗糖食負荷では、空腹時血糖値はCF6-TGマウスがWTマウスより高く、血中インスリン値もCF6-TGマウスが高値であった。糖負荷試験では血糖値の上昇反応はCF6-TGマウスがWTマウスに比較して有意に大であった。組織IRS-1蛋白は骨格筋でCF6-TGマウスがWTマウスに比較して減少していた。骨格筋膜分画に存在するGLUT-4蛋白はCF6-TGマウスがWTマウスに比較して減少していた。CF6は組織の酸性化を介して高血圧と糖尿病の共通の発症原因分子となりうることが示唆された。
