Research Abstract

慢性心不全は、現在増加傾向にある心臓病終末像であり、中でも左室拡張障害・心筋細胞の硬化・心室線維化を特徴とする拡張不全型心不全に対する薬物療法は確立されていない。
本研究では、心筋拡張障害・心室線維化におけるRhoキナーゼ経路の分子機構の解明および拡張不全型心不全における治療としてのRhoキナーゼ阻害の検討を行い、心筋拡張障害・心室線維化におけるRhoキナーゼ経路の分子機構の解明、拡張不全型心不全における治療としてのRhoキナーゼ阻害の検討を行った。
