Research Abstract

心筋特異的ZAKI-4βトランスジェニックマウスを用いることにより、肥大刺激に応答した心筋リモデリング形成におけるカルシニューリンの役割とその分子メカニズムを解明することを試みた。結果、肥大刺激におけるカルシニューリン活性化は心筋細胞肥大と心筋間質線維化形成の両方に重要な役割を果たし、さらに拡張機能を制御する可能性があることが明らかとなった。
