Research Abstract |
心筋梗塞発症関連遺伝子リンホトキシンα(LTA)による細胞接着の機序を検討した。LTAは接着因子の発現を増強することにより、動脈硬化の初期段階である単球・血管内皮細胞の接着に寄与していた。LTAによる接着因子の発現と細胞接着の増強は、TNF I 型受容体、PI3K-Akt / NFkB 経路 の活性化を介していた。
