| Research Abstract |
慢性心不全は新しい介入方法が期待されているが、今回の研究では日本人での慢性心不全に対するスタチン療法の前向き介入試験を企画した。24ヶ月間の試験期間、1次エンドポイントを心不全要化による入院または心臓死とした。合計570例の登録症例数、平均年齢63歳、NIHA IIが90%、IIIが10%、非虚血性心疾患が71%であった。2010年6月で最終評価を行う予定である。
