| Research Abstract |
本研究では、最近、新しい細胞機能制御機構として注目されている機能性非翻訳RNA であるmiRNAの胚性幹細胞の心血管細胞分化における役割を検討し、心血管細胞分化に伴い発現が変動する多数のmiRNA を同定し、その内、miR-1が筋細胞分化に促進的に働き、さらにこのmiRNA生成系が細胞分化・血管内皮細胞機能に深く関わっていることを明らかにした。
