Research Abstract |
心不全時の病態にかかわる神経体液性因子や、チロシンキナーゼ阻害抗がん剤は、心筋細胞にオートファジーを誘導した。少量のオートファジーは細胞保護的に働き、心筋アポトーシス回避効果を有するが、大量のオートファジーは細胞死を誘導する。
