Research Abstract

内皮機能異常では、NO産生の低下が知られているが、そのイオンメカニズムはわかっていない。私達は、シェアストレスによる内皮TRPV4チャネルの活性化にPLA2 下流のアラキドン酸代謝物が内因性アゴニストとして働くことを示した。また、ヒト冠動脈内皮細胞にアンギオテンシンIIによる動脈硬化刺激を与え傷害内皮細胞モデルを作製し、同モデルでのNO産生低下にTRPV4の発現低下が寄与していることを明らかにした。
