| Research Abstract |
造血性サイトカインであるG-CSFは心筋保護作用を有し, 新規心筋梗塞治療薬として期待しうることを, 既に我々は報告している。一方, 心筋梗塞患者は動脈硬化を合併している可能性が高いことから, G-CSFによる動脈効果に対する作用について検討した。G-CSFは動脈硬化進展抑制作用を要することがウサギおよびマウス動脈硬化モデルにおいて認められたため, そのメカニズムについて, 主に免疫・炎症系の関与について焦点を当てて, 遺伝子改変マウスモデルを用いて詳細に検証した。
