Research Abstract |
閉塞性動脈硬化症の動物モデルである、腸骨動脈の結紮・除去マウスに対し、MK蛋白を持続投与したところ虚血下肢の血流量が増加し、切断率が減少した。組織切片ではMK投与による新生血管の増加が認められた。さらに培養内皮細胞において、MK蛋白添加による管腔形成の促進が認められた。ウエスタンブロットでは in vivo、in vitroともにMKによるERK、Aktの活性亢進が認められた。これらの事よりMKは下肢虚血において血管新生を促進し病態悪化の予防に有効である事が示された。
