| Research Abstract |
抗アネキシン1抗体特異的エピトープはN末端ペプチドであり、抗アネキシン1抗体はBAL液中に好中球が著増している症例に上昇する傾向がみられた。Western blot解析では、抗アネキシン1抗体の上昇している急性増悪症例において、N末端が欠損したアネキシン1蛋白が強くBAL液中に発現していた。アネキシン1のN末端エピトープのペプチドは、BAL中のCD4陽性細胞を刺激し増殖を亢進させる作用を有していた。
