| Research Abstract |
抗VEGF自己抗体の健常者での役割解明、肺癌予防や罹患のリスク推計、肺癌患者での予後推計や新たなVEGFおよび抗VEGF 抗体を用いた治療法開発のベースとなる基礎データ集積を目的とした検討を進めた.各種抗サイトカイン抗体を安定して測定する方法としてAcidification-ultrafiltrationを用い、抗サイトカイン自己抗体が健常者においてもubiquitousに認められる事が明らかとなった.この方法を用いて、肺癌担癌患者血清で抗VEGF抗体測定を行い、担癌患者での上昇傾向、病勢との関連について明らかとした.
