Research Abstract

未だ有効なワクチンがない結核菌を含む細胞内寄生菌感染症に対し、NKT細胞のリガンドであるαガラクトシルセラミドを用いて極めて強い感染防御能を誘導する樹状細胞ワクチンの開発に成功した。
