| Research Abstract |
WT1特異的ヘルパーペプチドWT1-332が複数種類のHLA class II拘束性にWT1特異的ヘルパーT細胞を誘導することを示した。HLA-A*0201拘束性のWT1特異的CTLペプチドWT1-187がHLA-A*0206拘束性にもWT1特異的CTLを誘導することを示した。これらの成果は、より多くの癌患者での癌抗原WT1特異的免疫応答能の検討を可能とし、また、WT1ペプチドワクチンの適応拡大に役立つ。肺癌患者血清中のWT1抗体価が予後と相関を示すことを示し、肺癌の制御におけるWT1特異的免疫応答の重要性が示唆された。脳腫瘍などでのWT1ワクチン有効症例を経験し、報告した。
