| Research Abstract |
これまでの医学臨床の現場での観察から「マイコプラズマ肺炎は患者の免疫反応が過剰に起こっているのではないか、また、マクロライド系抗菌薬は、抗菌薬としてではなく、その過剰な免疫反応を抑制しているのではないか」と予想された。そこで、マイコプラズマ肺炎マウスモデルを3 種類作成し解析した結果、重症のマイコプラズマ肺炎では免疫反応が関与していること、さらに、クラリスロマイシンには免疫調整作用があることが判った。
