| Research Abstract |
中皮腫細胞の細胞機能に及ぼすオステオポンチン(OPN)の役割について検討した。OPN遺伝子を導入することで中皮腫細胞の抗がん剤耐性(ビノレルビン(VNR), ゲムシタビン(GEM), エトポシド(VP16))が誘導された。これら抗がん剤耐性はCD44とヒアルロン酸(HA)の結合増強に伴うMRP-1(multidrug resistance protein-1)を介することが明らかになった。これらの結果はOPNは中皮腫治療の新しい標的分子になりえることを示唆する。
