| Research Abstract |
ラットのフローボリューム(FV)曲線とボディプチスモグラフ(BPG)測定を行った。BPGは熱交換能力強化で飛躍的に精度が向上し、メサコリン吸入時の肺気量増加を確認した(論文済)。FV曲線では測定方法の検証を行い、さらに、FVCとピークフローが良い指標であること、曲線の下行脚が3相に分かれることを見出した(投稿中)。これらの装置で喘息モデルの肺機能を6週間測定したところ、第2週で強い閉塞性変化と肺気量の増加が得られた後、反応は徐々に消失した(執筆中)。
