| Research Abstract |
We developed the expression method using tissue-specific promoters and it resulted in site-specific EGFP expression within the kidney. Adenovirus expression could be limited to the thick ascending limb of Henle (TALH), proximal tubules, or collecting ducts of the kidney without causing liver expression or kidney damage. We investigated it using GFP protein, and next, we tend to express calcium-sensing receptor.
