| Research Abstract |
糸球体が傷害されたときには、内皮細胞とメサンギウム細胞が互いに情報を交換し合い修復していくと考えられる.この情報交換に異常があると修復がうまく進まず腎不全へと進行すると考えられる.細胞を電気化学的に結合するギャップ結合に注目し、修復時にどのように変化するかを検討した.ギャップ結合構成蛋白のコネキシンが傷害時に変化しておりコネキシンをターゲットにした腎炎治療戦略が考え得ることが明らかとなった.
