Research Abstract

キサンチンオキシドリダクターゼ(XOR)遺伝子欠損マウスの腎障害の機序は、多量のキサンチン・ヒポキサンチンと中性脂肪に富んだ物質の尿細管管腔内への蓄積により、炎症・酸化ストレス・虚血・アポトーシスなどが引き起こされ腎障害が進展したと考えられた。虚血再灌流障害に関しては、XOR+/-はXOR+/+マウスに比べ虚血再灌流による腎障害が軽度であった。また、腎障害の程度は、再灌流後血清尿酸値が高いほど軽かった。
