Research Abstract |
抗利尿ホルモン(AVP)の、腎臓におけるバソプレッシンV1a受容体(V1aR)-V2受容体(V2R)を介した体液量の調節メカニズムを明らかとし、またV1aR欠損マウスを用いて、V1aRがRAS系及びV2R-AQP2系をも活性化していることを示した。またV1aR欠損マウスではIV型腎尿細管性アシドーシスを生じている可能性を示した。
