Research Abstract

尿中へのK排泄に重要な役割を担っている皮質集合管細胞では血管側K濃度をわずかに増やすと、1)管腔内Na存在下では、管腔側膜のNaチャネルと基底側膜の起電性Naポンプの活性化を介したNa再吸収の増加と連動して基底側膜の起電性Naポンプと管腔側膜のKチャネルが活性化しK分泌が増加すること、2)管腔内Na非存在下では、基底側膜のNa/H交換輸送体を介した起電性Naポンプの活性化およびそれと連動した基底側膜と管腔側膜のKチャネルの活性化を介してK分泌が増加することが判明した。
