Research Abstract

神経細胞またはグリア細胞特異的に遺伝子を導入できるアデノ随伴ウイルス(AAV)ベクターを使用して神経変性疾患における病態を解析し新たな治療法を開発することを目標に研究を実施した。脳内の神経細胞特異的にアミロイド前駆体蛋白質を発現させてアルツハイマー病のモデルマウスを作製した。特定の変異型TDP-43を脳内で発現させたマウスでは行動異常が認められた。
