Research Abstract |
家族性アミロイドポリニューロパチー (FAP) に対する治療として、これまで我々は、single stranded oligonucleotides (SSOs) による原因遺伝子である異型トランスサイレチン(TTR)の遺伝子変換に成功した 。そこで、本研究ではFAPの遺伝子治療の実用化に向けて、更に変換効率を上げるため、SSOsを細胞内で発現させるSSOs発現ベクターによる遺伝子変換システムを確立した。
