Research Abstract

ヒト脂肪組織で、肥満で発現が亢進していることが報告されているレプチン、IL18遺伝子についてはBMIと正の相関を認め、逆に肥満で発現が低下するアディポネクチンはBMI と負の相関を認め、ヒト脂肪組織の発現解析によってメタボリックシンドロームの病態に関与する新たなアディポカインの同定に役立つ可能性が確認された。我々が新規2型糖尿病遺伝子として同定した遺伝子Xについて遺伝子多型と遺伝子発現が相関することを確認した。
