Research Abstract |
生検皮下脂肪組織および内臓脂肪組織を用いた検討により、アディポネクチン、レプチン、IL-6などのアディポサイトカイン発現量が、皮下脂肪組織および内臓脂肪組織において異なることが示唆され、さらに、2 型糖尿病とその遺伝子座が関連する転写因子TFAP2B の発現量が、脂肪組織におけるアディポサイトカイン発現を制御している可能性が示唆された。
