Research Abstract |
温熱と微弱電流の同時付与により、肝臓で増加6遺伝子・減少100遺伝子、皮下脂肪で増加100遺伝子・減少5遺伝子、筋肉で増加97遺伝子・減少53遺伝子、腸間膜脂肪で増加63遺伝子・減少43遺伝子を同定した。興味深い変動を示す遺伝子や機能的関連を示す遺伝子の発現レベルを定量的RT-PCRやWestern Blotで確認している。その結果で糖代謝関連候補遺伝子群を絞り、それらの発現制御による皮下脂肪・内臓脂肪量・耐糖能およびインスリン抵抗性の解析を目指す。
