Research Abstract

各種培養細胞および遺伝子改変マウスを用い、α1アドレナリンレセプター阻害薬doxazosinのHDL上昇作用ならびに急性期反応における血中SerumamyloidAの濃度上昇が、いずれもABCA1を介したアポリポタンパク質依存性HDL新生反応の結果であることを示し、各々のメカニズムを明らかにした
