| Research Abstract |
アナモルシン(AM)は我々の研究室で同定した細胞死に抵抗性を示す新規分子である。本研究では、悪性リンパ腫、特にDLBCLにおける発現を免疫染色法にて調べ、臨床データと比較することにより、AM発現の意義を検討した。結果、AMが一部の悪性リンパ腫において強く発現していることと、Low IPIあるいはNon-GCB typeのDLBCL症例、特にRx治療を行っていない場合に、生物学的予後不良因子となりうる事が明らかとなった。
