| Research Abstract |
Lynを過剰発現した骨髄腫細胞株では、Lynの著明な活性化とともにLynとPI 3-kinase の結合およびPI 3-kinase、Akt の活性が亢進しており、PI 3-kinase阻害剤により細胞増殖が抑制された。また、質量分析により骨髄腫細胞においてIL-6刺激後に脂質ラフトに存在する分子、チロシン・リン酸化されるタンパク質および脂質ラフト外でチロシン・脱リン酸化されるタンパク質を複数同定した。
