Research Abstract

ヒト臍帯血由来造血幹細胞に白血病原因遺伝子の1つであるTEL-AML1をレンチウイルスベクターにより発現させ、免疫不全マウスに移植してヒト白血病のモデルを創出した。また、マウスの未分化造血細胞にある転写因子の特定のアイソフォームを発現させることにより造血幹細胞が増幅され、骨髄移植後の生着能・造血能が大幅に亢進することを見出した。
