Research Abstract

フラボノイドの適切な摂取によるアレルギー疾患に対する食事療法の開発を目指し、以下の事を明らかした。
・スギ花粉症患者を対象として、2重盲検プラセボ比較対照試験において、プラセボと比較して酵素処理イソケルシトリン(ケルセチン配糖体)100mg/日摂取群においては、結膜炎症状が軽減することが明らかとなった。
・喘息及びアトピー性皮膚炎モデルマウスにおいて、酵素処理イソケルシトリンの経口投与で、それぞれ気道過敏性と皮膚炎症が低下する傾向が観察された。
