Research Abstract

B細胞抗原受容体(BCR)下流の正負シグナルのバランス調節は、自己反応性B細胞を自己寛容あるいは自己免疫の方向へ誘導するかの運命決定の上で重要である。本研究では、c-Cbl 会合アダプター(CIN85)がBCR下流においてこのようなシグナルバランス調整に重要な分子であることが明らかになった。
