| Research Abstract |
冠動脈の大動脈近位部発生、特に大動脈への開口の過程と関与する細胞や接着分子について検討した。動脈幹分割や大血管の弁形成に関与する神経堤細胞や右心室流出路形成に関与する二次的心臓前駆細胞はこの過程に直接関与せず、心外膜前駆細胞から分化し大動脈周囲に形成される冠動脈原基と大動脈内皮との間の直接的なシグナル交換により冠動脈口が形成されることが示唆された。
