| Research Abstract |
ファブリー病はα-galactosidase A(GalA) の欠損により糖脂質などが蓄積する疾患である。酵素補充療法が行われているが、輸注された酵素に対する抗体が発生する。今回の検討で酵素補充療法を受けているFD患者で発生する抗体は治療効果も阻害することが明らかとなった。そこで免疫寛容を導入するために組織特異的プロモーターによりGal Aを発現するレンチウイルスベクターを作成しFDモデルマウスに経静脈的に投与したところ、少なくとも肝臓、脾臓においてGal Aの発現が長期間持続し免疫寛容が導入された可能性があると思われた。
