| Research Abstract |
発達障害においては,睡眠・覚醒に関連する様々な障害が高頻度にみられるが,発達障害との関連性については十分検討されていなかった.終夜睡眠ポリグラフィを用いた神経生理学的検討では,睡眠時運動異常症などが高頻度に認められ,発達障害と関連し治療的介入を行うことの有用性が示唆されるとともに,小児の検討における同手法の有用性と限界が示された.また,睡眠・行動の相互の関連については,睡眠の問題が行動の問題と有意に相関することが示された.
