Research Abstract

横紋筋肉腫の発症に関与する標的遺伝子を同定することを目的に、計30例のRMS臨床検体と細胞株8株について、高密度SNP アレイを用いた網羅的ゲノム解析を行った。その結果、頻度の高いゲノムコピー数の変化は、2p、2q、13p 領域の高度増幅および1p、9p のLOH であった。2p に存在するALK、1pに存在するNEGR1につき解析を行ったところ、これらは癌腫を越えて機能する標的分子である可能性が示唆された。
