Research Abstract

ヒト造血幹細胞のテロメア長は経年的な漸減傾向を示さないため加齢の指標に利用しにくいこと、ヒト造血幹細胞内に蓄積される活性酸素種は実際の造血幹細胞移植によって短期的には変動しないことを確認した。マウス造血幹細胞で証明されている加齢(老化)マーカーはヒト造血幹細胞では指標にならないことが判明した。
